My Solution For Business Managment

I’ve been in freelancing for a few years now and on top of my regular work, being on my own, lead to a few extra things that I had to do in order to get my work billed.

Of course, I had to hire an accountat, to take care of all my taxes as I had no experience with that, but on top of that some of the people I was working with were billing me by the hour. Therefore I had to provide them with some sort of report with what I did, and how long it took me, and also with a invoice in the end.

At first, I was still working with my previous employer which had a way of tracking time, and same did Upwork, when I was working for other clients. I was using their time tracking tools and I was billing my time using a free invoice creator from the internet. This worked for a good period of time.

However at one point I started a contract with a new client, outside of Upwork, without any time tracking tool. It was at this point that I decided that I need a service that takes care exactly of this, both the time tracking and the invoicing part. At first I was thinking of using an already existing one, but I found it a bit hard for me to get used to another service and I saw an oportunity to make my own service exactly for this.

I’ve been working outside of my program for the last six month and finally Timo-Track came to life. What I wanted to create was a simple to use tool that offers everything that you might need as a freelancer but as a business also, in order to see where your organization’s time is spent and to also bill your work easier.

The SAAS comes with a bunch of features such as exporting data in csv/xls, downloading invoices as pdf’s in multiple languages, according different permissions to your organization’s users according to your needs and, of course, an easy way for your organization to track their time.

My plan is to continue development on this tool according to the user’s needs so I’m really open to any feedback.
